Can I do a virtual consultation if I live in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV)?

No. If you live in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV), you must schedule an in-person consultation. Simply book your appointment online for the day you’d like to come in.

Will my weight be taken during the consultation?

Yes. We will take your weight, and a medical provider will assess you. We will also follow up on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your progress and needs.

Will I find out immediately if I’m a candidate for treatment?

Yes. If you qualify, you will receive your first injection during your consultation.

Will you go over symptoms and what I need to report?

Yes. We will review everything with you in person, including possible side effects and what symptoms to report.

What should I do if I feel sick after going home?

If you have any concerns or feel unwell, please call (956) 685-7729 to speak with a medical provider. For emergencies, call 911 immediately.

A consultation is required to determine if you qualify for weight loss medication. During your consultation, one of our medical providers will assess your medical history and health status. You will receive an answer immediately.

Provided during the in-person consultation; weight loss medication qualification determination is made then.

How do I schedule a virtual consultation?

Once you book an appointment online, a member of our healthcare team will contact you and connect you via video call with one of our medical providers. They will evaluate you and provide medical clearance if you qualify for treatment.

If you are approved for treatment, we will electronically send your prescription to the pharmacy with the recommended dosage.

Yes, prescription is sent to the pharmacy after medical clearance.

Once you have been medically cleared, the pharmacy will process and ship your medication. This typically takes 7–8 business days (excluding weekends).
