What is the first step to scheduling?
Call our front office coordinator at (602) 285-7323 to schedule a free, 60-minute Dental Hygiene Assessment.
Is there a form I need to fill out before the assessment?
Download and print the Patient Forms located on the bottom of the page, fill them out, and bring them to the Assessment.
What happens after the assessment?
Attend the Assessment, where we’ll determine if we’re a good fit; patients moving forward will be contacted in about a week.
Who performs the procedures?
Procedures are performed by students under the close supervision of licensed instructors.
What is included in the initial assessment cost?
The initial Dental Hygiene Assessment is free; the base cost for a Dental Hygiene visit is $70, which includes radiographs, oral cancer screening, periodontal assessment, a dental examination, and a preventative/therapeutic cleaning.
How long may treatment take?
It generally takes four or more multi-hour appointments to complete patient care.
