A physician will make sure your child can safely participate in a sport. The physical costs $35 at the time of your appointment and is not billable to insurance.
Child wellness exams
This comprehensive checkup includes immunizations, a full examination, a family history review and a sports physical. A well child exam is also an opportunity to talk about nutrition, safety and other age-appropriate topics. Most insurance providers completely cover wellness exams.
