What is the ER experience like for arriving patients?
You'll be seen by a provider soon after your arrival. We've increased staffing levels to ensure prompt assessment. You may be cared for in a reclining chair or wheelchair, and if you need a bed, you’ll be moved to a room as quickly as possible.
What kind of trauma care does the ER provide?
The hospital is a Level III trauma center; ER staff ensure prompt evaluation by an ER physician and, if indicated, a trauma surgeon.
