  • Birdeye: 4.4 out of 5 stars (based on 176 reviews) (176)
  • Facebook: 96% recommend rate (21 reviews)

Patients praise

  • Affordable dental care, especially for those without insurance
  • Students and faculty are often described as friendly, professional, and thorough
  • Patient-centered approach with time taken to explain procedures
  • Helpful for routine dental needs

Common complaints

  • Long appointment and procedure times
  • Scheduling and administrative challenges
  • Inconsistency in care standards for complex procedures
  • Frustration with clinic policies (e.g., cancellation or health-related bans)
  • Occasional concerns regarding billing and organization

"For routine care there is generally no problem except with scheduling and billing. For more difficult care there are many problems. There does not seem to be a standard of care and each dentist the student works with has their own opinion and way of treating."

Birdeye user review

"They are good. But it takes a loooong time. For me it was 2 visits 3 hours each of exams before they even did a cleaning."

Reddit user comment

"The student that worked with me was very nice. He was very professional and thorough and very personable. But as soon as I did not agree with the prognosis... Everything... [went south]"
