Scheduling an appointment

In most cases, the physician visit and infusion session can be coordinated to happen on the same day.

What therapies and treatments are provided?

Biological therapy, Blood product transfusion, Chemotherapy administration, Cryotherapy to scalp, hands, and feet (where eligible), Electrolyte replacement, Immunosuppression prevention, Immunotherapy administration, Onsite lab draw and testing, Onsite Life with Cancer program.

Is there onsite support and facilities?

Onsite lab and pharmacy; patient-controlled, heated infusion chair recliners; free WiFi; cable TV; visitors allowed with restrictions; private parking lot; handicapped parking; wheelchair accessible.

Visitor policy

Patients may bring ONE visitor during a treatment session. Visitors must be 16 years or older; no infants or children; visitors may be limited to minimize infection risk.

What to do if ill or contagious

If you are ill or have a fever, please tell your provider and call to reschedule your appointment.

What should patients bring or expect during infusion?

Comfortable seating, access to personal devices; access to tea, coffee, juice, water, and snacks (no meals provided); treatment coordination with physicians.

Parking

Free, with on-site and private parking available; security gate access for Infusion appointments.

Weather/closures

In the event of inclement weather, the infusion center typically stays open; if there are closures or delays, the infusion team will contact patients the day of their appointment.
