"Jennifer was so warm & and welcoming, which made the test less stressful. She was a delight to talk with while getting ready. Jennifer got me oh so warm blankets and asked if I would like some music to listen to. Jennifer made the entire test not so castrophopic than it would normally be for me. Big Shout Out to her for professionalism and kind along with polite manner. Great asset to Mercy big time."
