All cancellations are required to be made 48 hours in advance. When a patient cancels in less than this time, the appointment will be considered missed.

Which Insurances do you accept?

We accept Medicare, Medi-Cal, GEHA, Tricare and PPO's, LA Care Direct, Kaiser PPO, EPO, OSCAR.

How long is your wait time?

We are taking COVID 19 precautions and although we try our best to have your appointment within 30 minutes, there might be extended wait times. Telehealth available for routine follow ups.

Who pays for my labs?

Please contact your medical group or insurance company prior to going to your lab to verify if your lab requests are covered. Otherwise, you may contact the lab directly and request an out of pocket cost prior to services rendered.

Do you accept Medi-Cal?

We accept patients on the Medicare plan. As a courtesy, we will also bill your secondary insurance provider directly.
