"I'm a medical doctor attempting to coordinate care for a Kaiser Psychiatry patient. I have placed 4 calls to this office over the last 3 days and each time have been hung up on by their automated system. Not able to speak to a human nor to leave a voicemail. Completely unacceptable!"
