Do I need to see a doctor first?

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Prescription for physical therapy from your referring physician (if applicable); Government issued photo ID; Insurance card(s); Patient forms (downloadable in PDF from this site); For minors, a parent/guardian.

How long is the first appointment and subsequent visits?

First appointment typically lasts 45 minutes to 1.5 hours; subsequent appointments usually 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Do you accept insurance and will it cover my therapy?

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation plans. We verify benefits before your initial visit; cost depends on your plan’s deductible, co-pay, etc.
