What should I expect during my first visit?

Upon arrival, you fill out and sign any necessary paperwork. From there you will transition to the treatment room, where your therapist will explore your wellness goals, preferences, and any specific concerns. Together, you’ll craft a tailored treatment plan and delve into a session designed just for you. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to allow time for paperwork and to maximize your experience.

How should I prepare for a session?

We recommend staying hydrated, eating a light meal, and avoiding heavy exercise immediately before your session. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before your appointment. For Reiki and Craniosacral sessions, wearing comfortable clothing is ideal, as these therapies are performed fully clothed.

How do the different massage options work (Serenity Flow, Core Release, Therapeutic Blend)?

For the Serenity Flow, Core Release, and Therapeutic Blend Massage, you will typically undress to your comfort level (underwear or fully unclothed is most common) and remain fully draped with a sheet and sarong ensuring privacy and warmth. For certain therapies, you remain fully clothed, wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, as these therapies involve light touch or no contact. Your therapist will ensure your comfort and modesty throughout the session.
