Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a nonprofit mental health organization serving Spokane County, Washington, with a presence in Spokane and surrounding areas. Formed in 2011 from the merger of Spokane Mental Health and Family Service Spokane, FBH provides a full continuum of behavioral health services for Children, Youth, Adults, and Elders, including 24/7 crisis intervention, Crisis Response Services, and Involuntary Treatment Act evaluations. The agency operates 48 inpatient beds for Evaluation & Treatment and Stabilization, plus outpatient services, peer support, nursing home and school-based programs, homeless services, a Clubhouse, and Vocational Rehab/Employment services.
