Where is your office located?
Our sports medicine clinic is located inside the Providence Medical Center Building, on the corner of West 9th Avenue and South McClellan Street in Spokane. We’re across the street from Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center. We’re located on the first floor.
What do I need to bring to my sports medicine appointments?
Please bring the following to each appointment: - Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that you can easily move in. Exercise clothing, such as sweats, T-shirts or shorts are most appropriate. - Co-payment, if required by your insurance plan. - Your photo ID and insurance card.
