Do you offer DOT physicals and how?
We perform DOT physicals on a walk-in basis Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. We take the last DOT 1 hour before closing. DOT physicals are self-pay and cannot be billed through insurance.

Prompt and efficient service for out-patient problems; can diagnose and treat common medical problems and forward a copy of the visit to your family physician upon request.
