How can I book an appointment?

Is the center ever closed to walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome when the health center is open.
What are the hours for walk-ins?
You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.
What should I do if I need a same-day appointment or have questions?
Call 419-255-1115 to book your appointment. Health center staff can also answer any questions you may have.
Is there walk-in service available for prenatal care?
Walk-in service is not guaranteed; please arrive at least one hour prior to closing for walk-ins.
