We create personalized treatment plans and assess needs during initial appointments or telehealth visits.

Yes. Express Health Systems has physician oversight and clinicians on-site 100% of the time.

Can I schedule appointments online or in-person?

Yes. We offer walk-in and online telehealth visits and provide easy scheduling for med spa services as well.

Do you accept walk-ins at your clinics?

Yes, Walk-ins are accepted at the Tyler and Plano, Texas clinics.

What are your telemedicine hours?

Telemedicine visits are available by appointment Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 10 P.M.

When can I visit in-person?

Visit Monday through Saturday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. at Tyler or Plano locations; no appointment necessary for in-person visits.

Are there any changes to pharmacy policy?

Effective March 31, 2025, the clinic will offer a limited pharmacy selection to meet FDA and federal guidelines while supporting local small pharmaceutical businesses.
