"Horrible customer service I spoke to a laison named cherrie that was very rude and unprofessional and even hung up in my face mid conversation I , I called asking questions rather if my pain would be accommodated there or did I need to consult with the doctors at the hospital I'm at the moment to make sure I had suffecient meds to control pain before I leave and was told the next day my pre authorization was denied due to a simple question ."
