- Concerns regarding wait times in the emergency department
- Complaints about facility cleanliness in specific instances
"I am giving two stars instead of one, because most of the staff was friendly and that's what warranted an extra star. The front desk receptionist however was very cold, rude and impatient... I am disappointed with this hospital and will not be recommending this ER to anyone. Side note: I did have imaging and blood work done here; both of which were positive experiences."
— LocalityBiz Review"Thank God for my nurse that night. I got help from the nurse. When I said, 'well, then I guess it was a waste of time for me to come in', he just nodded. Don't bother coming to this facility if you're actually hurt... my nurse was fantastic and I am so glad she was able to help me out, as the doctor made it very clear that I was wasting his time."
