How long will it be before someone sees me?
Individuals can come to the behavioral health clinic during Open Access hours Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to be assessed. They will be seen that day by a triage specialist. Depending on individual needs, a person may be assessed and served that day or later, or referred to a private behavioral health provider. The clinic responds to crisis situations the same day and responds immediately to emergency situations.
What will it cost me to receive services?
Charges are based on family income and family size. When an individual has health insurance, Northwest Behavioral Health Clinic will bill the individuals insurance company. Any unpaid balance may be the responsibility of the individual. No one is denied service because of inability to pay, and there is a discounted/ sliding fee available.
