FAQs
What services are offered at the Youngstown outpatient facility?
Evidence-based programs including MOUD with counseling and group support to manage withdrawal and cravings and build coping skills.
Do You Accept Insurance?
We understand that coverage can be a significant barrier to treatment, which is why we work with most major insurance plans, including Medicaid. We also work with Medicare Opioid Treatment Programs. Once you’re enrolled in our program, our admission staff will contact your carrier in order to determine eligibility, coverage, and payment responsibilities (deductibles, co-pay, etc.). After we’ve gathered your information, our team will explain your benefits and any additional financing options that might be open to you.
Do You Accept Out-Of-Network Insurance?
If your plan includes Out-of-Network coverage, we can provide treatment and bill your insurance directly. However, Out-of-Network services may involve higher deductibles, coinsurance, or copays, and sometimes you may be responsible for the full balance. Patients without Out-of-Network coverage can choose self-pay. We know insurance can be overwhelming, and we’re here to help every step of the way.
Do You Accept Medicaid?
We proudly accept Medicaid for all our addiction treatment programs.
Is Your Institution Accredited?
We are registered with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (AATOD), the National Association for Behavioral Healthcare (NABH), and the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA). These accreditations mean you can trust we offer cutting-edge treatment, adhering to standardized best practices established by the most respected accreditation organizations in the world.
