If you are in crisis or at immediate risk of harm, walk-ins are welcome Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Outside these hours, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Contact the Mental Health Clinic at 580-481-5376 to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are accepted for urgent, non-emergency concerns, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may also send a secure message via the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to request an appointment.
