Life Connections Counseling Services (LCCS) provides mental health counseling through a combination of solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy; EMDR and trauma-focused CBT when necessary. In-person office visits (Altus/Mangum) and/or video via TeleHealth are available. The therapist may also provide spiritual insights, but counseling on strictly spiritual issues may not be the best option.
