What are the same-day urgent treatment options if my child needs urgent care?
If your child needs same-day urgent treatment and they have a UHS primary care provider (PCP), come to our Urgent Treatment Clinic. If we are not your child's PCP, it is best that you schedule a visit with your child's own doctor for urgent care.
How can I join the Urgent Treatment Clinic queue or request a nurse call-back?
You can use the online UHS QLess Kiosk to join the Urgent Treatment Clinic waiting room ahead of time. You’ll receive a text with your place in line and another text when it’s your turn to check in at UHS. You have 20 minutes to arrive once summoned. You can also request a nurse callback via the QLess Kiosk.
What is Health Advice Line and when is it available?
Health Advice Line (Available 24/7): Call (413) 577-5229. During business hours, leave a message; a nurse will call you back. After hours, you will be connected with our clinical answering service or on-call pediatrician.

Can I email or get lab results emailed?
We are unable to email lab results or communicate with you via email. Children's lab results are printed for pick up or mailing to parents.
What about immunizations and school/camp forms?
To have medical forms completed for school or camp, obtain immunization records or request a prescription refill, call (413) 577-5000. Allow 2 business days for these to be completed.
