Baltimore Medical System (BMS) is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Maryland. A nonprofit, community-based system serving medically underserved areas in Greater Baltimore, BMS operates six community health centers, five pharmacies, and eight school-based sites, delivering comprehensive primary care and related services to more than 60,000 patients annually. As an FQHC, it must meet government standards for quality of care and provide a defined range of essential health services.
