During COVID19, how do I start intake?

Contact the Business Office Manager at 410-221-2266 to do an intake over the phone. You will need insurance information; then complete new client paperwork available from our website or at the office. Include state ID and insurance card; minors need birth certificate and/or custody agreement. After paperwork is received, they will schedule an initial evaluation with a therapist.
