What is the No-Show & Cancellation Policy?

Our policy states cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee; no-shows may lead to discharge from the practice at the provider’s discretion.

1. If you need to cancel or re-schedule, you are requested to notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance. Without this notification, you will be responsible for a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation charges are not covered by insurance and are due and payable prior to any future appointments. 2. If your appointment is not canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a “no show.” If you do not show for three appointments, you may be unable to schedule subsequent appointments and could be discharged from our practice at the provider’s discretion.
