FAQs

What services are available at the Covington outpatient facility?

Evidence-based programs for substance abuse disorders; MOUD with counseling and group support; MAT/MOUD; Methadone Suboxone; insurance and financing options discussed at admission.

Do You Accept Insurance?

We understand that coverage can be a significant barrier to treatment, which is why we work with most major insurance plans, including Medicaid. We also work with Medicare Opioid Treatment Programs. Once you’re enrolled in our program, our admission staff will contact your carrier in order to determine eligibility, coverage, and payment responsibilities (deductibles, co-pay, etc.). After we’ve gathered your information, our team will explain your benefits and any additional financing options that might be open to you.

Do You Accept Out-Of-Network Insurance?

If your plan includes Out-of-Network coverage, we can provide treatment and bill your insurance directly. However, Out-of-Network services may involve higher deductibles, coinsurance, or copays, and sometimes you may be responsible for the full balance. Patients without Out-of-Network coverage can choose self-pay. We know insurance can be overwhelming, and we’re here to help every step of the way.

Do You Accept Medicaid?

We proudly accept Medicaid for all our addiction treatment programs.

Is Your Institution Accredited?

We are registered with the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (AATOD), the National Association for Behavioral Healthcare (NABH), and the Rehabilitation and Community Providers Association (RCPA). These accreditations mean you can trust that we offer cutting-edge treatment, adhering to standardized best practices established by the most respected accreditation organizations in the world.

"I have dealt with a few clinics due to moving and I will say this one is by far the best... Monique at the desk is always very nice... counselors are all very nice also, Taylor has been so helpful and treated me with respect."

NKY Med Clinic patient review

"It's okay if you just want to get methadone and not really seek help. You definitely need to find other help along with this place because they don't provide enough care, mentally. It's all about dosing. The counselors, nurse, Drs are decent but the front desk staff is VERY rude."

NKY Med Clinic patient review

"Client feedback is mixed. Many highlight caring staff, supportive counselors, and real recovery progress, while others note challenges with dosing schedules, take-home policies, and management responsiveness."
