"I was sent to the emergency room for irregular heart beat and told to follow up with my doctor. When I called I was told they couldn't get me in for 4 weeks. Was told to call back in the morning to see if there were any same day appointments available. I did call in the morning with no help. Shame on you for no help. Call center representative was rude and didn't care."
