Frederick Primary Care Associates (FPCA) is Frederick County’s largest medical group, offering family medicine and primary care across nine locations in Frederick and surrounding towns (Ballenger Creek, Brunswick, Jefferson, Spring Ridge, Woodsboro, Walkersville, and Urbana). Founded in 1997 from a merger of local practices, FPCA employs about 27 physicians and 19 mid-level providers (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants) and operates 2 Frederick locations plus satellite offices. They provide comprehensive primary care for all ages ( newborn to geriatric), accept most major insurances, and offer in-office diagnostics.
