Klamath Basin Behavioral Health (KBBH) is a nonprofit mental health provider founded in 1980 and based in Klamath Falls, Oregon. It is the largest behavioral health organization in southern Oregon, offering a comprehensive, evidence-based suite of services for children, adolescents, and adults, including: - 24/7 crisis support, walk-in screenings, and psychiatric assessments with medication management - Individual and family counseling, substance use treatment, and home-based services - Residential and respite programs for adults and adolescents - Specialized programs such as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, day treatment for school-aged children, batterer’s intervention, adjudicated sex offender treatment, and case management - School-based services and various treatment groups KBBH operates as a private nonprofit, with sliding scale and reduced-fee options, and works under fee-for-service agreements with multiple private plans.
