Overall sentiment across review platforms: negative

  • Rehab.com: 1.6/5 stars (based on 7 reviews) (7 reviews on Rehab.com)

Patients praise

  • Some patients have expressed satisfaction with individual therapists and long-term care providers
  • Nonprofit status and trauma-informed care focus

Common complaints

  • Administrative inefficiency and billing issues
  • Poor communication and difficulty scheduling/refilling prescriptions
  • Reports of rude office staff
  • Long wait times and unprofessional clinical interactions
  • Concerns regarding the quality of care and therapist competence

"The people at the front desk have to be some of the most rude, difficult people I’ve ever interacted with. They never want to help, they’ll cut you off while speaking and transfer you to different departments in circles until you’re on the phone all day and seemingly no one knows how to help you."

— LocalityBiz user review

"I guess putting people in debt collection due to their own inability to do billing correctly is their version of mental health treatment. Oh and not letting you get your psychiatry meds unless you have 2 appts a week with a therapist so they can make money. Theyre just soooo bad"

— Rehab.com user review

"Been getting help from a Therapist and Dr. here now for almost 6 months .. As to the greeting staff they could smile more and the waiting room could use an update but Overall I am pleased with both my ability to get there , the patience that I receive from everyone and the understanding of my Therapists .. Not everyone has a need to get in and get out .. I rate this 4 stars because I appreciate the help"
