No; to maintain privacy and confidentiality, walk-ins are not accepted.

What should I expect during my first visit?

On your first visit, you’ll be greeted by the Office Coordinator and given a tour of the facility. You’ll learn where to store your items, access snacks and coffee, and where to meet with providers.

What happens after admissions documents are completed?

You’ll have a private intake session with a therapist to gather your history and current symptoms and develop a treatment plan tailored to your goals.

Will I meet with a medication provider on my first visit?

Depending on availability, most clients will also meet with the medication provider during their first visit. The Office Coordinator will inform you upon arrival.

Will I be pressured to participate in groups?

You’ll be introduced to the group, but there’s no pressure to speak or take any action. You’re encouraged to be present, listen, and ask questions when comfortable.

What if a higher level of care is needed than we provide?

If a higher level of care is required, a clinician will contact the client’s emergency contact to explain the next steps. We aim to ensure safe and effective care and may coordinate with other facilities for continuity.
