We accept both Medicaid and/or Badger Care as well as most private insurance. We are not able to accept Medicare at this time.

In most cases, a client can be seen within 7-10 business days.
Are school-based mental health services available?
Yes, referral from guidance counselor is required; services in Kimberly, Little Chute, and Kaukauna School Districts; waiting lists may apply.
Is there a waiting list for school-based mental health services?
Yes, there is often a waiting list. A referral must be submitted by your child’s school guidance counselor to qualify for services. These services are currently provided in the Kimberly, Little Chute, and Kaukauna School Districts. There may be less of a waiting period if you are able to transport your student to our outpatient clinic until a spot opens up at school.
How long is the wait to see a therapist?
In most cases, a client can be seen within 7-10 business days.
