What are your visiting hours?

To promote healing and safety, two visitors at a time are allowed per patient. One visitor may stay overnight, except for patients in the ICU.

What are your cafeteria hours?

Our cafeteria, located on the first floor, is open Monday through Friday, serving breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner service is not available, but snacks can be purchased from the vending machines. An ATM is located outside of the cafeteria on the first floor.

How do I reach a patient?

How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill or payment plan installments online using a credit or debit card. You will need to verify your account number and personal information to view and pay your medical bill. For more information, read our frequently asked questions.

Do you provide language services?

We provide free interpreter services for our limited English-speaking patients and related communication equipment and services for our hearing-impaired patients. We offer face-to-face interpreters for many languages, including Spanish and American Sign Language; over-the-phone interpreters for most languages; and video-remote interpreting for American Sign Language.

Do you offer chaplaincy services?

Our chapel is located near the main entrance of the hospital. Check the chapel for mass times information. Our chaplains are also available to meet with families. Call (501) 977-2300 for more information.
