FAQs

How to get services

Come to the clinic between the hours of 8:30-12:00 Monday through Friday to register for services and be seen for an admission assessment. During the intake appointment, we will talk with you about the mental health problems you are having and their urgency or severity, and the services you would like. We will also talk with you about your financial responsibility for services.

Fees

The clinic receives assistance from federal, state and local governments to assist those who could not otherwise afford mental health services. Your actual fee for an appointment will vary depending on whether or not you have a medical plan, your household income and the number of people living on that income. Your financial responsibility will be determined at the time of your first appointment.

How to get services (duplicate)

Come to the clinic between the hours of 8:30-12:00 Monday through Friday to register for services and be seen for an admission assessment. You will be asked some questions so we can gather basic information, determine the reason you are requesting services and how we can best meet your needs. We will also talk to you about your financial responsibility for services.

Fees (duplicate)

The clinic operates primarily on the fees generated from the services that are provided. Each session is billed to the client and/or their health plan. We do receive some assistance from state and local government to cover the expense for those who are not able to pay for the full cost of services. Your fee will vary depending on whether or not you have a health care plan, how much of the cost your plan covers, your household income, and the number of people living on that income. Your financial responsibility will be determined at the time of your first appointment.
