"The isu clinic on the 5th floor is HORRIBLE with a capital H. They say they call you & when you look at your ph you have no calls from them. They schedule appointments for you without asking you first. Then when you miss the apptment you never knew you had because you didn't schedule it they consider it a no show & send a letter to your house & close your case."
