Rochester Regional Health (RRH) is a nonprofit, integrated health system serving Western New York, the Finger Lakes, and beyond. Formed in 2014 from the merger of Rochester General Health System and Unity Health System, with St. Lawrence Health System joining in 2021, RRH operates 9 hospitals, ElderONE/PACE, home health services, a health careers college, outpatient labs, rehabilitation and surgical centers, skilled nursing and senior care facilities, and independent living communities. It also runs ACM Global Laboratories (global clinical trials/testing in about 65 countries). RRH employs roughly 19,400 staff (as of 2023) with about 2,100 medical providers and 3,900 nurses.
