  • Some patients report having a great experience

Common complaints

  • Long wait times for appointments (up to 4-6 months)
  • Difficulty with communication and follow-up from staff
  • Concerns regarding staff customer service and helpfulness

"If I could give minus stars I would. They used to be great but you can’t get appointments anymore unless it’s 4-6 months out! I have abnormal lab results and my follow up appointment is in 5 months, completely absurd! You can’t see a dr, only nurse or nurse practitioners."
