How can I pay my bill for dermatology services?

You can pay your bill through several convenient options: mail payment using the statement emailed to you; call our office at 314-994-0200 and press 2 to reach our billing manager. If unavailable, leave a voicemail, and we’ll return your call.

Do you accept my insurance?

To check if we accept your insurance: verify with your insurance provider to ensure we're in-network. We do not perform insurance verification directly. Nurse practitioners Denise Apprill and Andrea Bova are credentialed under Dr. Gibstine.

What if I can’t complete my paperwork before my appointment?

Arrive 15 minutes early, and we’ll assist you in filling it out before your visit.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your dermatology appointment: call or text 314-994-0200. Please give us as much notice as possible (at least 24 hours in advance is preferred). Failure to notify us will result in a $50 appointment adjustment fee.

Do you use MyChart?

No, we use a dermatology-specific patient portal. Once you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive an invitation to join our portal.

What if I have questions about my pathology bill for dermatology services?
