No show policy
Each time a patient misses an appointment, another patient is prevented from receiving timely care. Therefore, all patients who do not cancel more than 48 business hours prior to their appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will be charged a $75 fee. Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. If the card is declined this fee will be billed to the patient. This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.
Late arrivals
Late arrivals increase the wait time for other patients, cause clinic delays and make other patients appointments feel rushed. For patients who are 10 or more minutes late, please be aware that you may need to wait and a $75 fee applies. If you are unable to wait we can reschedule for the next available appointment.
