Who will I get a bill from?

What if I don't have insurance?
Patients who don’t have insurance are welcome at Salem Health Urgent Care. If you are paying out of pocket you will be billed for the visit.
What if I need a test or an X-ray?
Salem Health Urgent Care is equipped to perform basic X-rays (arms, legs, chest, etc.) and lab tests. If you need more advanced care, please contact your primary care physician for a referral.
Can I get a prescription from Salem Health Urgent Care?
Salem Health Urgent Care does not have a retail pharmacy for patients. As a courtesy, we are happy to call in prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice after your appointment. You must be seen by one of our providers before we can call in a prescription for you.
Do you refill narcotics or psychiatric medications?
Salem Health Urgent Care is proud to be part of a program to reduce narcotic drug abuse in the mid-Willamette Valley. As part of this program, we will not provide refills for prescription pain medications, tranquilizers or other psychiatric medication. If you take those medications and need a refill, please contact your regular doctor for an appointment.
