No-Show & Cancellation Policy
Our No-Show & Cancellation policy: 1) If you need to cancel or re-schedule, notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours in advance. Without this notification, you will be responsible for a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation charges are not covered by insurance and are due and payable prior to any future appointments. 2) If your appointment is not canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a “no show.” If you do not show for three appointments, you may be unable to schedule subsequent appointments and could be discharged from our practice at the provider’s discretion.
