  • friendly and kind staff
  • clean facility environment
  • short wait times for some patients
  • effective treatment for specific injuries like stitches

Common complaints

  • dissatisfaction with follow-up procedures regarding provider availability
  • complaints about denial of treatment despite presence of symptoms
  • perceived lack of professional communication regarding patient care coordination

"My son received stitches here on his lip and we were very pleased with the service. The doctor was very kind and made him feel comfortable. My son said it was practically painless! Receptionist was very kind too. We were in and out in an hour. 10/10 recommend."

Birdeye review

"Very disappointing experience. My wife went in after 8–9 hours of nonstop vomiting and diarrhea... We paid our deductible, yet she was denied any treatment solely because her vital signs (Blood pressure and heart rate) were “normal.”"

Birdeye review

"My visit on 1/21/2026 was great. I was in and out... 01/23/2026 symptoms have worsened. I called and the provider that saw me isn’t at this location today. I was told to call back in 30 minutes to allow the onsite provider to contact the provider that handled my care. As the patient, this is unacceptable behavior and a lack of professionalism and care."
