We also offer a sliding fee scale based on eligibility. Our staff will assist you in finding the best method of payment to suit your needs. Our goal is to ensure that ability to pay does not hinder your access to quality care. No one will be denied access to care based on inability to pay.

If you are receiving Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care (Fidelis, United Health Care, or Excellus), or are Medicaid eligible, reside in Herkimer county and surrounding areas and have been diagnosed with a chronic medical condition or have mental health concerns you may qualify for services.
