"I absolutely LOVED my doctor (Dr. Ellen Hopper). She is kind, she listens to everything you say, she remembers her patients, and when theres an issue she tries everything to find an answer. Her nurses are phenomenal as well. One of the biggest complaints I have is that EVERY time I call to schedule an appointment, I try to explain to the scheduler whats going on and she interrupts me and puts me on hold."
