How can I become a patient?
If you would like to become a patient at our program please complete an online intake form. Our on-line intake form is located in the Clinic Patient Information tab at the top of our page.
Do you offer Suboxone or Vivitrol as treatment?
All Care Wellness obtained the training and licensure to provide Suboxone as a treatment. Using targeted SUBOXONE and VIVITROL drugs, we create a substance abuse treatment plan that works best for you.
Are there walk-in appointments?
Walk-In Appointments are BACK!! Walk-in appointments are for existing patients only at our New Bedford program on Wednesdays from 1:00-5:00 PM.
